Ingredients:
  • 2 cups rice. 
  • 3 cup water. 
  • Salt and pepper. 
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin. 
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander dry. 
  • 1 medium onion. 
  • 1/4 cup oil.
