- 2 cups rice.
- 3 cup water.
- Salt and pepper.
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin.
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander dry.
- 1 medium onion.
- 1/4 cup oil.
Method:
- Keep the amount of oil in a pot on the fire until heated.
