Ingredients:
  • 2 cups rice.  
  • 1 cup yellow lentils. 
  • My tablespoon margarine. 
  • Salt and pepper. 
  • 1 teaspoon cumin. 
  • 3 cup water or an appropriate amount of water depending on the type of rice as we explained earlier.

Method: 

  • We wash yellow lentils and rice with water well. 
  • Bring a pot and put it on the backburner and put margarine, salt, pepper and cumin and then put the amount of water and let it boil. 
  • Keep yellow lentils, rice and leave over high heat until the mixture absorbs water. 
  • We calms down fire until maturity.
